Recently, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Zhongguancun Administrative Committee in conjunction with the management committee of each sub-park to carry out high-quality science and technology park construction projects, the first batch of high-quality science and technology park construction funds 109,487,200 yuan to support the Zhongguancun Life Science Park and other science and technology parks of 10 projects, involving integrated circuits, medicine and health and other 7 industrial areas. At present, the first batch of funds to support the construction projects of high-quality parks has been fully allocated.

The projects mainly support the parks in the construction of industrial service facilities and public service facilities and intelligent upgrading and transformation.

In terms of the construction of industrial service facilities, it supports the park to configure specialized instruments and hardware facilities around characteristic industries, build an open professional service platform, construct 12 shared laboratories, testing service platforms, inspection and testing platforms, pilot production lines and other types of industrial service facilities, provide low-cost but high-quality technical services for the research and development and testing of integrated circuits and chips, and hydrogen fuel cells, and continuously improve the professional service capacity and level of the park. 

In terms of the construction of public service facilities, the park will be supported to build “one-stop” service halls, shared meeting rooms, ancillary catering facilities, public exchange spaces, incubators, gas pedals and other entrepreneurial spaces for small and medium-sized enterprises, so as to make up for the shortcomings of the park's insufficient public service facilities, and to create a park with a perfect infrastructure and a beautiful eco-environment.

In terms of intelligent upgrading and transformation, the park is supported to adopt the new technologies and products of Zhongguancun enterprises to carry out the construction of an intelligent park. On the one hand, we will start from energy management and build an intelligent energy digital management system in the park, so as to improve energy efficiency and reduce the cost of energy consumption in the park. On the other hand, it provides digital operation and other services for enterprises and employees in the park, and builds online community and other platforms through technologies such as meta-universe.
