Xenon lamp climate test chamber configuration requirements are as follows:

 

1.1 Main body

1.1 The exterior chamber is processed by high-quality (t=1mm) A3 steel plate CNC machine tool, and the surface is sprayed with plastic coating.

1.1.2 The inner chamber is imported (t=1mm) high-quality 304 stainless steel plate.

1.1.3 Insulation material: high density glass fiber cotton. The thickness is 80mm

1.1.4 Mixing system: Fan motor with long axis, stainless steel multi-wing impeller resistant to high and low temperature, aim to the strength of the convection vertical diffusion cycle.

1.1.5 A double-layer high tensile sealing strip with high temperature resistance is used between the door and the box to ensure the air tightness of the test area

1.1.6 Non-reactive door handles is set up for easy operation

1.1.7 The bottom of the machine adopts high quality fixable PU movable wheel.

1.1.8 The observation window adopts multi-layer hollow tempered glass (It is  clear to observe the test process)

1.2 Heating, humidifying, cooling and dehumidifying

Heating:

1.2.1 Far infrared high speed heating (2KW×1) electric heater made of nickel alloy is adopted

1.2.2 High temperature system, humidity system and light system are completely independent ( Each other without interference)

1.2.3 The output power of controlling temperature and humidity are calculated by microcomputer to improve power efficiency

Humidifying:
