In the north, the car is prone to frost in the winter, and thermal shock test chambers are also prone to frost after dozens of cycles of shock test, and it is necessary to shut down for defrost work, otherwise the refrigeration function of the energy storage component itself will be affected.

Let's start with how frost comes about! The frost in thermal shock test chambers is mainly on the energy storage component in the pre-cooling area, which will absorb water during the execution of work. When the energy storage component is used for refrigeration, frost or icing will occur due to low temperature with the superposition of water.

So how do you defrost it? Select the quality equipment of powerful manufacturer, and make four Settings before the shock test:

1, Automatic defrosting Settings

Defrosting start conditions can be set according to the required test content, such as defrosting once every 100 tests, or according to the required time, or defrosting mode can be turned off.

2, Defrosting times Settings

The required number or time can be set with the number or time of the program done in the program.

3. Temperature as the end of defrost Settings

Set the required defrosting temperature, the higher the temperature, the longer the defrosting time, but the better the defrosting effect.

4. Defrosting delay time Settings

When the set defrosting temperature arrives, the defrosting delay time begins to calculate, and it is generally recommended to set it to 5 to 10 minutes.
