(hereinafter referred to as "China Inspection Western"), which undertakes all testing business of China Ordnance Equipment Group Motorcycle Testing Technology Research Institute and is authorized as the National Motorcycle Quality Inspection and Testing Center.

    Zhongjian West is based in the western region, facing the whole country, and looking to the world. Based on the testing business of motorcycles, new energy electric vehicles, electronic appliances, etc., it will focus on expanding and strengthening the field of new energy electric vehicle testing in the future, and build itself into a third-party testing technology service institution with leading technical capabilities and outstanding business scale in the western region. It aims to create a western industrial product testing base for Zhongjian Group.

    As a professional institution engaged in industrial category testing, Zhongjian West has the authorized qualification of the National Motorcycle Quality Inspection and Testing Center; It is a designated laboratory for the mandatory certification of "3C" products such as motorcycles, motor vehicle parts, electric motorcycles, electric bicycles, and LED lighting fixtures. It is also a designated motorcycle testing agency under the Vehicle Announcement Management of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a quality control and technical evaluation laboratory for industrial products (motorcycles) under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a motor vehicle emission inspection specification laboratory under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and a contracted laboratory between the China Quality Certification Center and the China Automotive Certification Center.

    In addition, the testing business categories of Zhongjian West involve the testing of motorcycles, engines (including general small gasoline engines), new energy electric vehicles, motor vehicle lighting fixtures and components, electric bicycles, LED lighting appliances, electronic appliances, and other products; Technical services involve product certification, international certification and consulting, standard system and intelligence technology research, product quality control, product technology evaluation and improvement, technical training and other services, as well as testing equipment development and other fields.
