Lab Companion and Jiangxi Rare Earth Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences

The Chinese Academy of Sciences Rare Earth Research Institute (Chinese Academy of Sciences) was established on January 10, 2020, and is subordinate to the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is integrating the scientific research forces of Chinese Academy of Sciences and nearly 20 units in Jiangxi Province to participate in the preparation.

As the only national scientific research institution focusing on rare earth scientific and technological innovation in China, the Rare Earth Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences will face the major needs of national strategy and industrial development, carry out full chain innovation research around the core scientific and technological issues of green, efficient, balanced and high-value utilization of rare earth, research and develop new technologies for green mining, beneficiation and efficient utilization of resources, develop new materials, expand new applications, cultivate new industries, improve added value, strengthen ecological environment protection, and ensure the green and sustainable development of China's rare earth industry.
