First, differences between temperature test and thermal shock test

1. Temperature conversion rate is different. The temperature conversion speed of t thermal shock test is very fast, and the temperature is sudden change, such as the temperature conversion time of the two zone thermal shock test  chamber of Lab Companion is less than 10s, while the general temperature  test does not pursue the sudden change of temperature conversion, and the rising and cooling speed is just about 1 ~ 3℃/min.

2. Thermal shock test cannot do humidity test, while temperature test can choose to do humidity test.

3. The difference between thermal shock test and temperature test is mainly due to the different stress loading mechanism. The thermal shock test mainly investigates the failure caused by creep and fatigue damage, while the temperature test mainly investigates the failure caused by shear fatigue.

4. Thermal shock test use  a two-slot test device, while temperature test use a single-slot test device.
